How is distilled water made?
A small amount of distilled water in the laboratory is made of distilled water. That is, the tap water is boiled by electric heating, and its steam is condensed into distilled water through a condenser tube and collected.

In the laboratory where a large amount of distilled water is used, water is mainly obtained by using the steam generated by industrial boilers and converting it into condensed gas.

Special quality distilled water should be made by special methods, such as:

1 Sub-boiling water is a kind of red-hot electric heating wire tube hanging on the water surface, which is heated below the boiling point to make the water evaporate slowly, and then condensed and collected. This kind of water is characterized by purity, and it will not be mixed with granular water into the condenser when boiling, like ordinary distilled water.

2. Double distilled water refers to distillation of distilled water again. And distilled water three times, of course.

3. Deamination distilled water refers to adding an appropriate amount of sulfuric acid to tap water to make ammonia into ammonium sulfate, which will not escape into distilled water during distillation.

All right, that's all. You are welcome to visit the laboratory of our university when you are free.
