Production method:
1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into cubes with a square of 3-5 mm;
2. Put a small amount of base oil in the pot, heat it with low fire, and stir-fry diced meat;

7. Add 2-3g of salt to taste, stir-fry until carrots and potatoes are soft, then pour in the prepared minced meat, diced tofu and 200g of water and stir-fry evenly;
8. Cook for about 5 minutes, and the soup will be less. Add leek and pepper and stir well;
9. Take another soup pot, boil water, add Yinhe handmade spicy noodles, cook the noodles and take them out;
10. Put the noodles in a bowl, and mix the minced meat with the cooked Lamian Noodles. Serve.
