225 g wheel pasta (rotelle) or other shape of pasta, 600 g chopped broccoli (broccoli), 280 g trimmed beef loin (tenderloin, sirloin, sirloin), 300 ml plain nonfat yogurt (sour cheese, yogurt), 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (mayonnaise), 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar ( balsamicvinegar) 1 tablespoon, basil leaves (basil) 30g, salt 1 teaspoon, tomatoes 450g, cut into quarters, 1 medium red onion, halved and then julienned
How to make it:
1. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli to the last 2 minutes of cooking. Strain out and drain.
2. Meanwhile, preheat the grill and sear the loin of beef 10 cm from the heat source for 4 minutes on each side, until medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. Cut the loin of beef against the grain of the meat into thin slices.
3. Place the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, basil and salt in a food processor and whizz until smooth, then make the dressing and pour into a large bowl.
4. Add beef and gravy; toss to coat. Add the pasta, broccoli, tomatoes and onions and toss again.
