Huajiao Yaozhu Chicken Ginger Wolfberry

Fourth, remove the glue and cut it into pieces.

Tips for home cooking:
1, the gelatin must be boiled in cold water, otherwise it will shrink when heated, and the taste will become hard, which is not conducive to the release of protein in the subsequent soup making process. 2, the chicken is advised not to fly, just wash it, so that the soup is more delicious. If there is a lot of soup, drink it the next day. Don't put salt in the soup pot, otherwise repeated heating will produce nitrite, which is not good for your health.
