Sesame oil dried bamboo shoots
Ingredients: dried bamboo shoots, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper
Method:
1. Rinse the dried bamboo shoots and soak them for 24 hours;
2. Wash them again and cook them in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes without opening the lid until the water cools down;
3. If they are tender, Cut the dried bamboo shoots into thin strips, add shredded ginger and red pepper, add salt and sugar;

Pork belly and roasted dried bamboo shoots
Ingredients: pork belly, dried bamboo shoots, ginger, rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar
Method:
1. Wash the pork belly and blanch it; soak the dried bamboo shoots in advance;
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while, take it out and set aside; heat up the oil pan and add the ginger slices;
3. Stir-fry the meat, add rice wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce;

Bamboo shoots and pork ribs soup
Ingredients: pork ribs, dried bamboo shoots, water, ginger slices, salt, chicken powder
Method:
1 Soak the dried bamboo shoots, wash and slice them; wash the ribs and drain the water;
2. Blanch the ribs in boiling water, remove and set aside;
