How to Make Sweet and Sour Garlic (Easy Home Version) ?

Remove the old skin on the outside of the garlic. Note: Be sure to leave a layer of skin. You can't peel it all off. Also, the garlic can be washed or not. If it is particularly dirty, you have to wash it. Be sure to drain it after washing.
Add salt. Mix well.
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
While waiting for the marinade, you can mix the vinegar and soy sauce. The ratio is, vinegar:soy sauce=1:1.5 or 1:1. depending on your taste.
