(1) Environmental sanitation management: Disinfect the warehouse space before the cultivation bags (bottles) enter the germination room to effectively reduce the concentration of miscellaneous bacteria per unit volume in the warehouse and reduce the contamination of the bacteria bags during the germination process. It has a certain effect. For space disinfection, a disinfectant that is less corrosive to iron should be used. Formaldehyde fumigation or Lysol solution spray disinfection is often used. At the same time, the hygiene and cleanliness of the germ-producing room should be regularly maintained during the management process. (2) Temperature management The growth of Enoki mushroom mycelium is very sensitive to temperature. When the room temperature exceeds 24°C, the mycelium grows sparsely, seriously affecting the fruiting yield; when the room temperature is lower than 18°C, the mycelium grows slowly, and some even appear. The primordia of Enoki velutipes appear before they are fully developed, which will also affect the yield of mushrooms. Therefore, the temperature of the germ room should be strictly controlled between 18 and 22°C. The room temperature can be slightly higher in the early stages of mycelium growth and slightly lower in the middle and late stages. The thermometer should be hung in the middle and upper part of the germination room. During the temperature adjustment process, the temperature difference between the bottom layer and the top layer should be fully considered (up to about 3°C). At the same time, you should always check whether there is any error between the indoor thermometer and the automatic temperature control in the refrigeration system. If there is an error, you should promptly determine which side has the error and adjust it consistently to ensure the accuracy of the indoor temperature. (3) Ventilation management Flammulina velutipes is an aerobic fungus. Proper ventilation in the breeding room is an important part of the management of the breeding room. Although the growth stage of Flammulina velutipes is not very sensitive to carbon dioxide concentration, in the middle and later stages of growth, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration rises rapidly. If the germination room is not ventilated effectively in time, it will affect the growth of Flammulina velutipes mycelium. The symptoms are slow growth of hyphae, and in severe cases, hyphae decline and primordia are difficult to form, which affects the normal production and development of fruiting bodies and reduces yield.
To solve the ventilation problem in the germination room, small exhaust fans can be installed directly in the germination room. Generally, four small exhaust fans are installed in each germination room of about 100 meters 2, among which the exhaust fans Two small exhaust fans for exhaust gas are installed on the channel at the lower part of the warehouse, and two fans for fresh air are arranged on the upper part. According to the location of the germination room, the air intake fan should be installed on the side with a lower temperature as much as possible to ensure that fresh air with a small number of miscellaneous bacteria enters the germination room.
The length of ventilation time should be determined according to the outside temperature. When the outside temperature is high, the ventilation time should be as short as possible without affecting the normal growth of mycelium. This can reduce the load on the refrigerator and reduce energy consumption; when the outside temperature is low, the ventilation time can be long, which is conducive to the growth of mycelium. . No matter what the outside temperature is, the ventilation time should be arranged in the second half of the night, because at this time the air is relatively clean and the number of bacteria is small. (4) Humidity management The relative humidity in the germination room is generally maintained between 75% and 85%. It is better to be dry than wet. However, if the relative humidity of the space is too low, it will easily cause water loss in the cultivation bag and reduce the yield of fresh mushrooms. If the relative humidity in the germination room is too high, the cotton plugs of the cultivation bags will easily become damp, and mold will easily grow. Since the germination room is usually air-cooled, the moisture in the germination room is easily discharged out of the room in the form of condensed water, causing the relative humidity in the germination room to be too low. Therefore, management can replenish a certain amount of moisture in the room by spraying water on the ground. (5) Light management: Flammulina velutipes does not require light during the growth stage of mycelium, and the indoor working light should not be too strong, otherwise it will easily cause the mycelium to age.
