Spicy Fried Clams
Ingredients:
Clams, hot pot base, soy sauce, sugar
Practice:
1. Clams soaked in salt water for three hours in advance to spit out sand, boiled until open
2. Start a pot of boiling oil, oil hot hot pot base and onion, ginger and garlic, pour in soy sauce.
3. Pour into the clams stir fry, and finally add a spoonful of sugar.
