1. Gather the small crucian carp and rinse with water twice more.
2. Add egg wash and flour.
3. Stir well.
4. Heat the frying pan, add the mixed fish.
5. Fry until golden brown and remove.
6. Leave a little oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger and fish and stir-fry well.
7. Add salt and water.
8. Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle with cilantro and you can cook.
