Oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoons;
White pepper, 1/4 teaspoons;
Sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoons;
Soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoons;
Raw flour, 1 teaspoon;

How to make onion-flavored meat pie:
1. Weigh the flour and add a little salt;
2. Add water and stir with chopsticks until the flour is all small particles;
3. Dip your hands in some cold water to make the dough smooth, then cover it with plastic wrap and let the dough relax for about 20 minutes;
4. Chop the pork and add chopped green onion and Jiang Mo. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper and cornflour and mix well for later use;
5. Knead the dough well again, roll it into rectangular thin skin with a rolling pin, and cut it into strips about 6 cm wide with a knife;
6. Spread the meat stuffing on the strip, leaving a little gap at the edge;
7. Roll up from one end and pinch both ends after rolling up;
8. Then stand it up and press it into a cake by hand;
9. Heat a non-stick pan, put a little oil, and fry a small torch cake in the pan. When frying, you can pick up the handle of the pot and shake it to make the cake evenly colored when heated;
10. Fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side, and fry both sides of the cake until golden brown.
Cooking tips
1, I made six patties for this recipe. The patties are delicious only when eaten and cooked now. Don't cook too much at a time.
2. If you are afraid of being unfamiliar, you can spray a little water on the bottom of the pot in the middle, then cover the pot and simmer, and finally open the lid and fry the skin.
