1. Wash the ribs, drain and put them into a bowl.
2. Add rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salad oil, and warm water to the rice noodles and soak them for about half an hour until the rice grains absorb water and fully swell.
3. Mix the rice noodles and ribs evenly, and spread the peas on the top layer of the ribs bowl.
4. Spread another layer of rice noodles on the peas. After the water in the steamer boils, steam over low heat for 2 hours.
5. After steaming, cover the bowl with a plate, quickly turn it over, slowly uncover the steaming bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
