Chicken wings
6 rice 200g accessories salt 3g barbecue ingredients 5g oyster sauce
2g cooking wine 2g dark soy sauce 2g white sesame seeds 2g seaweed 2 peanut kernels 3g black pepper 1g sushi vinegar 3ml
Steps
1. Thaw the chicken wings in advance and cut two scratches on the front and back.
2. Add salt, barbecue seasoning, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper.
3. Stir evenly and marinate for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
5. Tear off the roasted chicken and cut into small pieces.
6. Wash the rice once, put it in water and simmer.
7. Mix a little sushi vinegar into the stewed rice.
8. Bake the peanuts in advance at 150 degrees for 10 minutes and chop into small pieces. Put white sesame seeds, chopped seaweed and peanut kernels together, stir evenly to make a surface dipping sauce.
9. Take a triangular rice ball mold, put a layer of rice underneath, and put chicken in the middle.
