4 egg yolks
Milk 50g
Nestle Light Cream 250g
Sugar 37g
Pretty Nong Egg Tart Crust 16g
Condensed milk 1 tsp
How to Make Egg Yolk Tart ?
Take out the tart crust and eggs half an hour in advance and thaw them naturally in the room, making sure the temperature is right.
Put the milk, light cream, sugar and condensed milk together and microwave at 90 watts for 3min. then remove and stir with a hand mixer to ensure the sugar granules are incorporated. Do not overmix to prevent the light cream from whipping.
Manually beat the egg yolks
Cool the mixture from the first step and mix it with the egg yolks. Mix well. Add to the tart crusts. About 8 points each. This recipe makes just enough for 16 tarts.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees beforehand. When finished, place the tarts in the center and bake at 190 degrees for 3 minutes. After that, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
