Ingredients: 200g of rich flour (or high gluten flour), 20g of powdered milk, 65g of powdered sugar, 15g of eggs, 16g of butter, 16g of vegetable oil, 70g of milk, 1/2 tsp of baking soda (2.5ML)
Baking: middle of the oven, top and bottom at 175 degrees, for about 10 minutes.
Making process:
1, flour, milk powder, powdered sugar, baking soda mixed and sifted, add beaten eggs, vegetable oil, softened butter, milk.
2. Knead the dough with your hands, put the dough on the board, make the bread kneading strength, knead, rub, wrestle, pinch, so that the gluten in the dough gradually formed.
3. The first purpose of kneading is to make a thin film of dough. When the dough is stretched and a film is formed, the gluten has expanded.
4. Continue kneading so that the gluten reaches its strongest structure, the stage of completion when a perfect film can be formed. This is the time when the dough has the best elasticity, and the dough behaves in a soft and hard way, with a nice shiny surface.
