How to fry a fried beard
Composition:
Squid whisker 200g, dried pepper 10g, scallion 1 segment, cucumber 30g, red pepper 20g, ginger 1 slice,
Seasoning:
Appropriate amount of oil, salt 1 teaspoon, white sesame 5g, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, oyster sauce 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon.
Common practice of firing whiskers:
1, squid must be cut into sections, cucumber peeled and sliced, red pepper sliced, onion sliced, ginger sliced and dried pepper sliced;
2. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, boil it, add squid and blanch it for 2 minutes, and take it out;
3. Pour oil into the pot, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add squid whiskers and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, then add green onions, cucumbers and red peppers and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes;

Tips:
Squid must contain a lot of taurine, which can inhibit the content of cholesterol in blood, relieve fatigue, restore vision and improve liver function.
