Clinical application ① Treatment of internal hemorrhoids

Use alum to make 15% or 18% injection and inject it into the hemorrhoids to treat internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids combined with mucosal prolapse in various stages. Both treatments are effective; the course of treatment is short and there are few side effects. According to the observation of hundreds of cases, hemorrhoids usually fall off 5 to 7 days after treatment, and most heal in 1 to 2 weeks. Very few cases have systemic reactions and fever; the pain after the operation is not severe and disappears after about 4 hours; blood after defecation and vaginal distension and pain are more common, but massive bleeding is rare; difficulty in urination also occurs occasionally. It can be used for severe hemorrhoidal bleeding, older patients or patients who are physically unable to endure circumcision. There are no concerns about fecal incontinence or vaginal stenosis after surgery; there are no restrictions on diet and defecation. Follow routine disinfection and local anesthesia during operation. First, use vascular forceps to completely clamp the base of the hemorrhoid along the longitudinal axis of the rectum, and then inject alum solution into the hemorrhoid. Therefore, the dosage is limited to 0.5 ml per point; the injection points should be more than 2 cm apart; the medicinal solution must be injected between the submucosa and the muscle layer; the interval between two injections should be more than 1 week; pay attention to rest and diet during treatment and prevent infection, etc.

③Treatment of uterine prolapse
