The success of Tencent Conference is not only a surprise for Tencent in the B-end (enterprise-end) market, but also proves the reliability of Tencent Cloud.
Wu Zurong told the media such as Interface News that Tencent Conference, as a cloud native product, was developed based on Tencent Cloud from the first day of its birth, and its infrastructure was based on the cloud. Tencent Cloud also unconditionally provided its servers, bandwidth and IP resources to Tencent Conference to help it stand the test during the high epidemic period.
On the other hand, Tencent Cloud also has a product developed by using all its foundations, and it has withstood the test of 200 million users. Tencent Cloud also has more information to promote these services to more users at B-side, which is a chain of mutual iterative cooperation.
According to IDC data, the video conference market in China will exceed10 billion yuan in 2024, and the cloud conference market will account for nearly 40%. Among the 50 million conference rooms in China, less than 1% use video conferencing, and all the giants are frantically pushing corporate office products to seize the market.

Wu Zurong believes that the opening of enterprise WeChat, Tencent conference and Tencent document is popular in a sense. From the perspective of domestic and international trends, whether it is a distributed suite or an "all in one" office collaborative product, it is necessary to realize the mutual access of the same account in the end and authorize it within the scope of user permission.

In order to promote the better integration of Tencent Conference and Enterprise WeChat, dozens of Tencent Conference employees have worked with Enterprise WeChat team in Chengdu for more than five months, and the future Enterprise WeChat team will also arrange people to go to Shenzhen for joint development.

Regarding the prediction of the future evolution direction of Tencent Conference, Wu Zurong said that the most important thing for SaaS products is to be open. By opening up more APIs and capabilities, users can use products in more scenarios.

Taking the delivery case of Tencent and Shell as an example, in less than two days' weekend, the two parties completed the renovation of Tencent conference Rooms with more than 300 conference rooms, and made full use of the original equipment of Shell. Tencent conference insists on the strategy of not making hardware, so that products can make more breakthrough progress this year. At present, there are two largest manufacturers of audio and video hardware in the world, Logitech and poly, and one of the three global partners of these two companies in official website is Tencent Conference, and the other two partners are Microsoft and Zoom.
From the traditional SIP/H.323 devices to USB devices and further large screens, the hardware form of Tencent Conference has completely covered large, medium and small conference rooms.
In the past two years, Tencent Conference has spent a lot of time and energy to ensure the stability of audio and video. Tencent Cloud's global deployment and multi-computer room disaster tolerance are crucial.

Wu Zurong told the media such as Interface News that in the certification laboratory on the 25th floor of Tencent Building, there are so many hardware products waiting in line for certification every day that it is difficult to maintain the certification speed only by Tencent Conference itself. Tencent had to entrust a third-party impartial organization to help complete the initial certification screening to improve work efficiency.
At present, about 70 brands have submitted certification to Tencent Conference, more than 20 brands have passed certification, more than 80 models of test equipment have been submitted, and more than 40 models have passed certification.
