Ingredients?
500 grams of pork ribs (as needed)
One yam
2 slices of ginger
2 red dates
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of green onions
8 wolfberries
An appropriate amount of cooking wine
Stewed pork ribs How to make yam?
Wash the ribs and boil them in hot water to boil out the dirt inside the ribs, about 3 minutes.
Prepare the onion and ginger
After the oil is hot, add the onion and ginger to the pot.
Put the ribs into the pot and stir-fry again
Add oil and stir-fry until the ribs change color.
Pour in hot water and submerge the ribs (if you like soup, add more). Appropriate amount of cooking wine.
Stew the ribs over medium heat for about 10 minutes
Add red dates, wolfberry, appropriate salt, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
A yam, washed and chopped (the chicken skin yam I used is more suitable for the elderly and children).
Add yam and continue to simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. (Adjust the time according to the softness and hardness of the yam.)
Remove from the pot. (Chicken skin yam is more suitable for the elderly and children, it is soft and easy to chew)
