Ingredients: 500g peanuts
Accessories: appropriate amount of white sugar, appropriate amount of cornstarch, appropriate amount of water
Specific steps:
1 , Prepare peanuts.
2. Put the peanuts in a dry pot, do not add oil, and fry them directly.
3. Fry until you hear a crackling sound.
4. Put the fried peanuts on a plate.
5. Cover with a layer of kitchen paper and then a layer of small tablecloth.

10. Stir-fry quickly until each peanut is covered with flour and remove from the pan.
