In ancient times, it was called "Ningxia in Huang Hefu", but now it is called "Ningxia Cuisine in Guangdong". In fact, there is little difference between the unified varieties of Henan cabbage and Ningxia cabbage, so it is not easy to distinguish the cabbages from the two places simply by appearance.
