Myrica rubra, rock sugar
working methods
1. Myrica rubra is washed with clear water and soaked in light salt water for about half an hour.
2. Put the water into the pot, and then add the bayberry. The water is boiling, add some rock sugar (my Yangmei is too sour, add more rock sugar) and turn off the heat.
3. The waxberry syrup will be stored in the refrigerator after being kept at room temperature. Cold and sour.

1. Prepare fresh bayberry.
2. After repeated washing, soak in salt water for fifteen minutes.
3. Water, waxberry and rock sugar are put into a clean oil-free pot in turn according to the ratio of 6: 2: 1.
4. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. (often stirred during the journey) naturally cooled, put it in the refrigerator and take it out when drinking.
