Materials:
Lettuce 500g, 1 garlic, proper amount of cooking oil, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little sugar and starch.
Exercise:
(1) Remove the yellow leaves from the lettuce, break it into pieces, wash and drain. Cut garlic into minced garlic. Put a little salt, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little sugar and a spoonful of starch into a bowl, add water and mix well for later use.
(2) Boil the water, add a little salt and two drops of oil after the water boils, and blanch the lettuce for about one minute.

(4) Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it, add minced garlic and stir fry.

2. Sauce eggplant.
Materials:
1 eggplant, 4 dried peppers, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sweet and spicy sauce and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
Exercise:

(5) collect juice from the fire and serve it; Stir-fry the other half of onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper in another pot and sprinkle them evenly on the eggplant.
3. Homemade tofu.
Materials:
Tofu 300g, carrot half, green pepper 1 piece, auricularia auricula, bean paste, ginger 2 pieces, salt 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, water starch, pepper and onion.
Exercise:
(1) Cut tofu into triangles for later use.
(2) Pour the oil in a hot pan, and put the cut tofu blocks after the oil is hot. Fry until golden on both sides, and serve.
(3) Wash carrots and green peppers and cut them into triangles. Tear the fungus into small pieces, cut the onion into sections, and cut the ginger into powder for later use.
(4) Add watercress and stir fry for a while, then add Jiang Mo and stir fry.
(5) Pour in green pepper, carrot slices, black fungus and onion and stir fry for a while.
(6) Pour in the fried tofu and season with salt and sugar. Add a little water and cook for about 3 minutes to help improve the taste.
(7) Hook in water starch.
(8) Sprinkle pepper and collect the juice over high fire.
