Ingredients: chives, mushrooms, dried shrimp skin, and beef sausage.
Practice:
1. Cut the shallot, put the oil in the pot, first add the scallion, then add the scallion leaves, stir-fry until it turns brown, but don't paste it.
2. Add the dried shrimp skin into the onion oil, fry until golden, and remove the onion and shrimp skin for later use.
3. Add the baby beef sausage, fry it golden and remove it for later use.
4. Add the onion oil into the diced mushrooms and stir fry. Add some baby soy sauce and stir fry with oil.
5. Add hot water to boil the homemade stock. Nothing can be omitted, but it's just as delicious.
6. Add the baby noodles and beat in the eggs to make a poached egg.
7. Just cook, remove and set the plate.
