Recommendation: Peel and shred potatoes. Soak in water 10 minute, during which time change the water and wash off the starch. Slice garlic and shred onion. Add a little more oil to the oil pan. Saute garlic slices, add shredded potatoes, stir-fry a few times and add a few drops of vinegar. Continue to stir-fry until the shredded potatoes are slightly transparent, and add salt and chicken essence. Stir-fry and add chopped green onion. Stir well and serve.
