Ingredients: 3 pig tails, 150 grams of peanuts, a little clove, 1 teaspoon of rice wine, a little salt
Method:
1. Clean and chop the pig tail hairs. Cut into small pieces, blanch in boiling water and wash.
2. Pour 1200 ml of water into the stew pot, add peanuts and cook for 1 hour.
3. Heat the pan and add a little oil, add the pig tail and fry until the skin is slightly browned.
4. Add fried pig tails and cloves to peanut soup and simmer for 1 hour. Add rice wine and salt to taste. Serve.
Tips:
Pig tails are very hairy. You can hold them with iron tongs and burn them on the fire, then soak them in hot water and then scrape them clean.
