Meat Stuffed Pork Pie
Ingredients: dried mustard greens; pork; scallions; flour; glutinous rice flour/baking powder Directions
Soak dried mustard greens for half a day in advance. Cut the pork, green onion, and drained dried plum into small pieces and mix with oil and salt. Knead the flour with glutinous rice flour or baking powder to form a dough (with glutinous rice flour tastes slightly sticky, baking powder tastes slightly fluffy, you can add according to personal preference). Take a small amount of flour and shape it into a circle with your fingers. Wrap the filling in the center of the dough, and pinch the dough in the center to make it smaller. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a circle without breaking it. Preheat the electric cake pan, add salad oil, when it is hot, add the pancake, in time to the opposite side, both sides fried until golden brown, then you can serve out of the pan.
