Beginning of autumn Sanhou
Waiting for the cool breeze.
Erhou egret sound
Three chilling voices waiting
In ancient times, beginning of autumn was divided into three stages:
After the arrival of beginning of autumn, northerly winds began to blow in many areas of our country, and southerly winds gradually weakened. The slight north wind brought coolness to people.
"The white dew falls at the second hour", because the sun is still strong during the day, and the cool breeze blows at night to form a certain temperature difference between day and night. In the morning, the water vapor in the air condenses into crystal dew and falls on outdoor plants.
"Three-time chilling cicada", the cicada at this time, with plenty of food and suitable temperature, sings proudly on the branches blown by the breeze, as if to tell people that the hot summer has passed.
Beginning of Autumn
It indicates that summer is coming to an end.
Autumn is coming.
Imagine that beginning of autumn should be like this.
However, this is actually the case.
high-temperature
Remind us at all times
I still refuse to leave in summer!
China is a vast country with different climates.
Most areas have not yet entered autumn.
In addition, the last days of the dog days every year.
The third day after beginning of autumn.
So we can't ignore the importance of heatstroke prevention and cooling.
Then start to be healthy in autumn.
What else can I do?
Heatstroke prevention: The autumn sun is like fire, especially around beginning of autumn, where the climate is still sultry, so it is called "autumn tiger". The heatstroke prevention measures in beginning of autumn season can't be ignored. We should pay attention to the "autumn tiger" who still hurts people, and be careful of heatstroke.
Cold prevention: After beginning of autumn, it is still hot during the day, but the general trend is that the weather is getting cold, which is often very hot during the day and cool at night, and the temperature difference between morning and evening becomes larger, which is easy to cause frequent colds. Especially for the elderly, the infirm and children, after the hot summer, the internal friction of the human body is large, which leads to the decline of immunity. When the temperature drops, the virus takes advantage of it, so it is necessary to prevent the attack of common cold and viral cold in early autumn, and pay more attention to preventing colds at night.
Anti-dryness: beginning of autumn marks the beginning of autumn. Autumn is a cold season, and dryness is a season that easily hurts lung and body fluids, causing symptoms such as dry skin, red tongue, dry hair, dry stool, dry mouth and nasopharynx, chest pain, dry cough and scanty phlegm.
