Prepare ingredients: ribs, seasoning
Formula of sweet and sour juice: 80g sugar 50g vinegar 10g soy sauce 2g salt.
1. Spare ribs and ginger with a spoonful of cooking wine.

Note: after frying sugar, add water and sweet and sour juice to stew. It's better to have hot water. I'm really afraid of jumping. You can also add warm water, or you can cover it and leave a small gap to pour hot water.
Tips:
When collecting juice, you can keep stirring with medium heat to prevent the sauce from turning black unevenly.
