1. Ciba in different regions has different characteristics. I use a Ciba, which is common in Hubei. Generally, there are two kinds of Ciba sold in the market, one is pure glutinous rice and the other is rice. You can choose any one.
2. Many supermarkets sell barbecue sauce. Generally used for barbecue and brushing sauce, suitable for lazy people, because there is no need to use a variety of sauces. If there is no barbecue sauce, you can make your own sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and hot sauce.

As shown in the figure, the rice cooker can only bake four pieces at a time. When baking, you can cut it into small pieces or not. It is best to leave a large gap between each piece.
