Exercise 1

Steps:
1, meat slices and mushrooms respectively;
2. Mix meat with salt and cooking wine, and wet starch on the pulp;

Steps:
1, removing fresh mushroom roots;
2. Slice mushrooms and meat, mix the meat with salt and cooking wine, and wet the starch paste;
