working methods
(1) Open the fresh lily and wash it. Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces for later use.
(2) Peel the horseshoe, cut it into thick pieces and wash it for later use.
(3) Hot oil, add carrots and stir-fry until half-cooked.
(4) Add corn kernels, fresh lilies and water chestnuts and stir-fry.
(5) Add a little salt to taste and serve.
