2. Practice:
(1) Grind all spices into powder (except chili noodles), then mix them with chili noodles and white wine and put them in a bowl.
(2) Then burn the rapeseed oil to 200 degrees Celsius, pour it into a bowl, stir it, cool it, and stew it for 12 hours, which will be more fragrant.
(3) Garlic juice: Chop the garlic and pour the right amount of hot water.
(4) Mustard water: 20 grams of mustard is boiled with 150 grams of boiling water and stewed for 3 hours before use.
(5) Sesame paste: 20 grams of sesame paste is stirred evenly with proper amount of cooked oil.
(6) Vinegar water: dilute 10g vinegar with 30g cold boiled water.
(7) Salt water: just mix a proper amount of salt and cold boiled water evenly.
