Steps
1. Peel the potatoes, rinse them well, and soak them in water
2. Canned pangolin with black bean and canned bamboo shoots open
3. Cut the potatoes in strips, and put them into a casserole dish
4. Slices of bamboo shoots are poured into a casserole dish
5. Pour the black beans and oil from the can of pangasius into the casserole dish and mix well with the potatoes and bamboo shoot slices. Add the water, halfway through the ingredients
6. Place the pangolins on top
7. Simmer over low heat until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes
Tips
Don't use too much water, as it may dilute the flavors. Potato stew soft will collapse, do not worry about the upper layer of potato stew not
Taste heavy beans may wish to add the appropriate amount of soy sauce according to personal taste
