Practice 1:
Chinese yam, glutinous rice flour, cooked noodles, bread crumbs, starch, eggs, sweet osmanthus, peanut oil.
1. Peel the yam, wash it, and then cut it into sections.
2. Boil the water. After the water boils, add the chopped yam, steam it for about fifteen minutes, take it out and crush it into mud.
3. Boil the cooked noodles with boiling water, stir the eggs into egg liquid, add them into the yam mud and stir evenly.
4. After mixing the mashed yam, make them into round cakes.
5. Dip the prepared yam cake in dry flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs in sequence, and then fry it in boiling oil until it is golden brown.
Practice 2:
1. Peel the yam, wash it, cut it into blocks (convenient for steaming), and steam it on the pot for about fifteen minutes.
2. Take out the yam, crush it, add the cooked flour, stir it, and then knead it continuously. The kneaded yam mud is divided into cakes of prototype.
3. Put a proper amount of melon seed stuffing into each round cake, then wrap it into a small steamed bun shape, and then roll it into a cake shape.
4. Burn the oil, when the oil temperature is 150 degrees Celsius, put in the yam cake and take it out until it is golden.
5. The fished yam cake can be eaten directly, or you can add some honey to taste it.
