Production step
Step 1: Prepare 40 Jin of grapes, separate them one by one, wash them in water several times, clean the dust on them, then put the grapes on the chopping board and dry all the water on them.
Step 2: Prepare a water-free and oil-free jar, put the dried grapes in it, first put a layer of grapes, then put a layer of rock sugar, about a catty of grapes and half a catty of sugar, put them all in the jar, cover them and seal them, open the lid once every 5 days, and ferment for 2 months.

1: When making family wine, first separate the grapes one by one, then wash them in water, and finally put the grapes on the chopping board to drain the water. If there is water on the grapes, the fermented wine is easy to deteriorate and taste.
2. Wait until the water on the grapes is drained, and then put the grapes in a clean jar. This jar must be well sealed. First, put a layer of grapes and then a layer of rock sugar, so that you can put them in layer by layer. The ratio of grapes to rock sugar is 2: 1. You can add them according to this ratio. Finally, cover the lid and ferment for 2 months. Remember to let the gas out every 5 days. This step must not be ignored.
