Post-colonial management
1. Start planting leeks around June 25th every year. The key point is that the border soil moisture is moderate. The dry land is leveled, and the dry land is ditched and watered for planting. Wet border preparation, the soil is easy to harden, poor ventilation, and it is difficult to grow new roots.
2. Apply plantar fertilizer
That is, apply high-quality farm manure 10000 kg, biological fertilizer 20 kg, urea or hydrazine 20 kg, calcium superphosphate 150 kg, potassium sulfate 35 kg, zinc sulfate 3.5 kg, manganese sulfate 5 kg, borax 1.5 kg and ferrous sulfate 3.5 kg per mu. Mix the rich soil fully and evenly, the border soil is loose and moderate, and the border surface is flat.
3. Emergency transplantation
Leek seedlings with 4-5 leaves can be transplanted when the height is 20cm. Transplanting should be carried out according to reasonable density, appropriate planting depth, appropriate watering and appropriate medication.
4. Stop watering and take seedlings.
Crouching seedlings with new roots are waiting for planting. Never take the seedlings and transplant them within 2-3 days after watering, otherwise, all new roots will grow in one crop (1-2 cm), which is fresh and tender, difficult to preserve when transplanting, unable to grow new roots for a long time after planting and difficult to revive. Take the seedlings after stopping watering for a few hours. Try to keep the root system intact and don't let the young roots grow.
5, reasonable close planting
The width of planting border is 2.2m, the row spacing is 30cm and the spacing between plants is 5cm when transplanting.
6. Suitable planting depth
Before planting, the leek seedlings should be transplanted according to the size, with the big seedlings planted in the middle of the leek ridge and the small seedlings planted at both ends. Pay special attention to the transplanting depth of leek seedlings. Seedlings are planted too deep, tillering is late and few, and they will not grow vigorously in the future. If they are planted too shallowly, they will spread easily. According to the size of leek seedlings, the depth of planting ditch is determined. Generally, the depth of the ditch is 3-5cm, and one side of the ditch is vertical. After planting, it is advisable to cover bulbs with 2-3-5cm soil, and not bury them. Leaf heart.
7. Appropriate medication
When planting leek seedlings, first pour a small amount of water along the ditch, quickly move the seedlings into the ditch while the water is impermeable, then sprinkle 5% phoxim granules and 25% carbendazim wettable powder along the ridge, each with 2.5 kg, and then cover the soil. Spraying once every 5-7 days after planting to prevent the occurrence of pests and diseases.
8, water in time
Water, hoe and moisturize leek seedlings immediately after transplanting, so that the border surface is dry but not wet. After a large number of new roots grow, water them according to the wet and dry condition of the border.
9, scaffolding in time
After the leek leaves are closed, it is more appropriate to set up scaffolding before the rainy day. Erect the frame with iron wires and bamboo poles, tie six iron wires along the border, and place the iron wire frame 30-40cm away from the ground, and put the bamboo poles on the iron wires along the ridge in the north-south direction.
