Fish-flavored shredded pork is a common Sichuan dish. When I ate this dish for the first time N years ago, I was still puzzled after eating it. There was obviously no fish, so why did you say it was "fishy"? Later I learned that fish flavor is one of the main traditional flavors of Sichuan cuisine. The finished dish has a fish aroma, and its taste is made from condiments. Below is the recipe for Guiyang fish-flavored shredded pork that I compiled. I hope it will be helpful to you!

Carrot 100g
Green pepper 100g

7 .Take it out, stir it, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and put it in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes.
Tips
1. When cutting shredded meat, the knife should be rigorous, the thickness and length should be appropriate, and the knife should not be connected.
2. If you like spicy food, you can replace the green pepper with pickled pepper.
