2. Then find the search bar-enter "prepaid card balance inquiry" and click, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click the "Prepaid Card Balance Inquiry" webpage-Enter Card Information-Inquiry, as shown in the figure below.

4. Finally, in the opened page, you can see the query results, as shown in the figure below.
