Prepare the molds beforehand by laying a piece of plastic wrap a little bigger than the mold inside.
Pour the milk, cornstarch and sugar into the milk pot and mix well, then turn on the heat to simmer, this process has to be stirred with a spoon in the pot, as the temperature rises, the milk will slowly turn into a milk paste, continue to simmer until the milk paste is bubbling, that is, the milk paste has been simmered.
Pour the milk paste quickly into a plastic wrap-lined mold, cover the surface of the paste with plastic wrap, smooth the surface of the paste through the plastic wrap, and then place the mold into a bowl of cold water to allow the temperature to drop a little faster, and then place the mold into the refrigerator for half an hour when it is not too hot to touch.
