Li Hongzhang's jambalaya (English name: Li Hongzhang jambalaya), also known as Li Hongzhang's miscellaneous dishes, is a traditional and famous dish, which was founded in the 22nd year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1896) and is said to be related to Li Hongzhang, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty. 3. Wu Gong Fan Goose
Also known as Wuwanggong Goose, it originated from Wushan Town, and is a traditional dish in Hefei, Anhui Province, with refreshing color, rich aroma, mellow taste and endless aftertaste. According to legend, Song Renzong once asked Bao Zheng about the tribute of Hefei specialty. In order to reduce the burden of the old-age tribute for the hometown folks, Bao Zheng ordered that the scrawny eel and the old turtle be made into two dishes, namely, the arrow-axis eel and the horseshoe turtle, which were presented to Emperor Injong respectively. Song Renzong saw that the eel in this dish was very small and the turtle was like a horseshoe, but he didn't want it to be small, but it tasted fresh and abnormal. Bao Zheng originally wanted to exempt the people in his hometown from some taxes, but he didn't want the emperor to appreciate it.
