1. Huaibei Normal University, located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, a national civilized city and national garden city, is a multidisciplinary provincial key university. it was founded in 1974 as the Huaibei branch of Anhui Normal University.

2. The College of Information Technology of Huaibei Normal University is a full-time undergraduate school of higher education approved by the Ministry of Education and organized by Huaibei Normal University in accordance with the new mechanism and mode. The college is located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, a national energy base and a national civilized city.

3. Huaibei Institute of Vocational Technology is a full-time general higher vocational college organized by the people's government of Huaibei City, merged by the former Huaibei Institute of Education, Huaibei Finance School, and Huaibei Technical School, and is a model vocational college in Anhui Province.

4.
