The plums are yellow ripe plums (commonly known as yellow plums) picked after the mango season and processed and salted. Yellow plums picked from the tree and washed, soaked in salt water in a vat for more than a month, take out the sun; sun-dried rinsed with water, then sun-dried; and then pickled in sugar, and then sun-dried, so many times over and over again, and finally become a thick, dry, sweet and sour plums.
