1. Create a new canvas with PS, fill the background with black, and paint the new layer with a brush tool to reduce the opacity.

8. Drag the line material into the background, add a mask, and erase the unnecessary parts.
9. Draw a semicircle, copy a layer, and add gradient overlay parameters as shown in the figure.
10, drag the geometric line, copy the multi-layer placement, and then draw a semicircle filled with different colors as shown in the figure.
