4. Remove the meat inside the water poured into the seasoning you want (curry powder, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, etc.) mix well, and then put into the microwave oven, high temperature should not be more than five minutes, the specific time according to the amount of meat to determine.

Oven beef jerky
A piece of beef, a section of green onion, a piece of ginger, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, the right amount of salt, a spoonful of sugar.
1. Remove the blood from the beef and clean it.
2. Cut the beef into strips about the thickness of your thumb. When cutting, follow the grain of the beef, so that the roasted beef strips can be torn and eaten in one piece.
3. Pour green onion and ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar into the beef strips.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than two hours (oyster sauce tastes salty, so use less).
5. Put water and salt in the pot, boil and pour the marinated beef with the sauce, turn on high heat and cook for ten minutes, then cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
6. Cooked beef fished out and set aside.
