First of all, we take the same brand of ternary, one is breakfast milk and the other is pure milk, and compare their nutritional value tables. As can be seen from the following figure, in terms of nutritional components, the protein content of breakfast milk per 100ml and pure milk is 2.3g lower than that of pure milk, the fat content of breakfast milk is slightly lower than that of pure milk by 3. 1g, and the carbohydrate content of breakfast milk is 6.5g higher than that of pure milk.
From the ingredients list, breakfast milk contains raw milk, water, high fructose corn syrup, grains, thin cream, maltodextrin, egg yolk powder, soy protein isolate and edible salt. The ingredients in pure milk are only raw milk. You can see that water has been added to the breakfast milk, and you can't see any difference simply from the nutritional composition. However, it can be found from the composition that since water is added, other protein and soybean protein isolates need to be added to fill the nutrient protein.
Soybean protein isolate is a kind of plant protein, which can replace the animal protein of whey protein in raw milk. In addition, because breakfast milk is diluted with water, thin cream will be used to replace the fat in raw milk. Due to dilution with water, fructose syrup, grain and maltodextrin were added to replace lactose in raw milk. There are also egg yolk powder and salt, which are completely used for seasoning and make us taste better.
From these aspects, breakfast milk is more complicated than pure milk in nutrition, composition and processing. Especially, the more things are added, the more complicated the processing procedure is, and the nutritional value of milk itself is more likely to be lost. Therefore, when choosing milk in daily life, it is best to choose pure fresh milk, and the shelf life should not exceed 1 month.
Breakfast milk can't replace pure milk. We drink pure milk to supplement protein, but the content of protein in breakfast milk is not as high as that of protein in pure milk. Although breakfast milk is said to have added nuts, grains, fortified nutrients and so on. It is added after diluting milk with water, and essence may also be added. In any case, the nutritional value will be reduced. Therefore, breakfast milk cannot replace pure milk nutrition.
