1. First, fry the peppercorns in a pot, being careful not to burn them, as shown in the picture below.
2. After stir-frying for a while, spread the peppercorns out of the pot and let them cool naturally for later use, as shown in the picture below.
3. Then pour the cooled Sichuan peppercorns into the grinder and grind the Sichuan peppercorns into powder, as shown in the picture below.
4. Pour out the ground pepper powder and filter it with a filter sieve, as shown in the picture below.
5. In this way, you can get very fine pepper powder, which can be stored in a sealed glass jar.
