1. Frozen dumplings are usually cooked for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended that you do not thaw the frozen dumplings, but cook them slowly over medium heat and bring them to a half-boiling point before adding them to the pot.
2. Don't use too little water, so that the dumplings don't stick to the bottom of the pot, and stir the dumplings as they cook.
3. You don't need to thaw frozen dumplings, but if you do, the skins will probably stick together.
