Dry sea cucumber's production method.
1. Prepare an oil-free container, then put the sea cucumber into the container and fill it with water.
2. Then put the container full of water in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours, and change the water every 8- 10 hours.
3, 24-36 years old, pinch sea cucumber with your hands. If it is completely squeezed out, there is no hard lump to take out, otherwise you have to continue to change water and soak in the refrigerator. Cut the soaked sea cucumber with oil-free scissors at the opening of the sea cucumber.
4. Then remove the sand mouth and teeth of the sea cucumber, and then clean the inside with clear water.
5. Then put the cleaned sea cucumber in an oil-free pot, put a lot of water in the pot, boil it with high fire, then cover the pot and cook it with low fire for about 30-40 minutes. Cover it after cooking and let it cool naturally.
6. Then put the cool sea cucumber into the fresh-keeping box, pour enough ice mineral water, refrigerate for about 36 hours, and change the mineral water every 24 hours.
7. Finally, put the soaked sea cucumber into a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for freezing. Take it out and soak it in cold water when you want to eat it.
Precautions:
1. There are many sediments in sea cucumber. Be sure to remove the sediment when soaking, or you will eat a bite of sand when eating.
2. Control the dry water after boiling, put it in a fresh-keeping bag for refrigeration, and take it out when you want to eat.
