Practice
1. Add oil to the pan, then add garlic, cucumber and carrot and stir-fry together
2. Once the aroma comes out, then add minced meat and stir-fry together, mix well
3. Add a little cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water and mix well, then simmer for 2 minutes with the lid on the pan
4. Add white rice and stir-fry until the rice is grainy, then add a whole egg and stir-fry until the rice is golden brown
