The shark bigger than the megalodon is the New Zealand giant ichthyosaur. Megalodon was only second in size among the three prehistoric ocean giants.

The megalodon advocated for more than 30 meters, (while the largest megalodon was at 20 meters) and weighed more than the megalodon at 311.5 tons. Bite force can approach 40 tons. This shark lived 20 million years ago in the Triassic period, is the largest known shark species, it is known as a close relative of the great white shark.

In the ancient marine world, megalodon sharks were arguably at the top of the food chain, dominating the oceans for tens of millions of years without any natural predators.

The megalodon had a dolphin-like head, a long, pointed snout, and an entire skull that looked like a triangle.
